Terms and Conditions
Your holiday dates will be reserved once we have received your 20% deposit. Your deposit is non refundable, as whatever your own circumstances, we may have refused other customers the dates you have booked. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you book within 10 weeks of your arrival date the full amount is due at the time of making your booking. Please ensure all members of your party are conversant with, and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
The price of your holiday, as shown in your quotation is fully guaranteed and will not increase unless any additional costs are incurred by changes made by the customer, such as changes to the number in your party, or changes to guiding or accommodation requirements which have not been previously notified, or quoted for.
Ebrocatncarp reserve the right to immediately terminate your holiday booking with us, if any of our agents, employees, colleagues or friends, judge your behaviour to be offensive, dangerous or disruptive or deemed to be causing annoyance or distress to other customers. All guests are expected to maintain a considerate standard of behaviour when in the local town, in your accommodation and on the riverbank and Ebrocatncarp will pay no refund or compensation, should any such situation occur. Customers are responsible for the replacement cost of any articles or equipment that may be damaged, misused, lost or stolen whilst in their possession during their holiday period and reimbursement will be pursued.
Any passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificates are your own responsibility and we advise you to make sure any such documents are fully valid for the duration of your stay.
Force Majeure: Ebrocatncarp will not be held liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following. Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or threat of War, Terrorist activity, Industrial disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather problems to transport, Closure of Ports, and Weather conditions or any other unforeseen event which is beyond our control.
If you have any complaints or grievances then please speak to us immediately, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue amicably. No complaint will be considered unless received in writing within 7 days of your departure.
In the event that you need to cancel your confirmed booking, you must advise us in writing, and should be signed by person who made the original booking.
If a booking is cancelled the following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 42 days notice Deposit only
30-42 days notice 50% of the total cost
Less than 30 days notice 100% of the total cost
Ebrocatncarp cannot be held responsible for any changes to your originally booked flight times which may result in changes to your planned days and times of guided fishing. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, and still give you the same number of hours fishing, subject to other customers arrival/departure. In all cases, where necessary, we will arrange for extra accommodation in your hotel, but this may result in slight extra costs to the original quotation. Naturally, whatever the time changes, we will always collect you from, and take you back to the airport.
